Online Support That Fits You.

Support can look different depending on what you need. Whether you're facing specific challenges or wanting to better understand yourself, I offer space to slow down, explore what’s on your mind, and connect with yourself in a meaningful way.

Therapy is tailored to your needs and may include CBT, mindfulness and somatic strategies, and coaching-style support to manage Anxiety or ADHD symptoms. Learn more on my About page.

Individual Therapy

Support for navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, life transitions, or relationship stress while building greater self-understanding and emotional balance.

EMDR Therapy

A structured, evidence-based approach to process and heal from trauma and past experiences. EMDR can help reduce emotional intensity and support lasting change. 

Expressive Arts

Sometimes words aren’t enough. When helpful, I offer simple creative and reflective exercises such as journaling or art-based prompts to support emotional expression and insight. No art experience needed. 

Session Rates

I am a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. I offer a sliding scale so you can choose a rate that feels sustainable for you. I operate on an honor system, with trust in your ability to choose a rate that reflects your current circumstances.

My primary session length, offering space for deeper work, emotional processing, and reflection.

A shorter session that offers a more focused pace while still allowing for meaningful work.

Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and FSA/HSA cards.

Rates are reviewed periodically for ongoing clients to ensure continued alignment and care.

 

Private pay therapy offers greater freedom, privacy, and quality of care. Without insurance restrictions, you have more flexibility to move at your own pace, focus on what matters most to you, and receive consistent, uninterrupted support tailored to your needs. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin, allowing you to access care based on your needs rather than insurance criteria or diagnostic thresholds.

Out of Network Reimbursement

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. You can check with your insurance provider to see what coverage may be available for out-of-network therapy services.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. I understand that things come up and am happy to discuss emergency situations when needed.
