Hi, I’m Emily!

I help adults in Ohio navigate anxiety, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions—whether you’re figuring things out in your 20s or rethinking what you want later in life.

My approach integrates emotional support with coaching style strategies for anxiety and ADHD, focusing on emotional regulation, reducing overthinking, building routines, strengthening motivation, and improving follow through in daily life.
